Michelle joined RT Edgar Stonnington as Head of Property Management in August 2025, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience across all facets of the real estate industry.
Throughout her career, Michelle has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of several businesses. Most notably, she built Advantage Property Consulting from a boutique buyer advocacy firm into a full-service real estate business. As Operations Manager, she refined her skills in strategic property management, team leadership, and business development.
With qualifications including a Diploma of Financial Planning, Diploma of Mortgage Broking, and a Full Real Estate Licence, Michelle’s knowledge is both broad and highly specialised. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maximising returns for her clients, while also mentoring and empowering her team to achieve excellence.
Michelle is known for her approachable nature, energetic leadership style, and ability to create lasting relationships built on trust. These qualities, paired with her extensive experience and deep understanding of real estate legislation, make her a valuable addition to RT Edgar and a trusted advisor to her clients.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys an active lifestyle, including gym workouts, Pilates, and long walks with her dog. She also has a love of dining out and live music and is a former amateur musical theatre performer.
